We were so busy posting things to sell on the site we linked to yesterday afternoon that we forgot all about the autumnal equinox.  We’re pretty darn close to the 45th parallel here, though we’re actually closer to the 12 hours of sun and 12 hours of dark on the 25th and 26th. 

To be pedantic about it (in honor of “the pedantic ass”, a family member) – Fall is officially here (at least by one method of seasonal accounting). 

It’s beginning to feel like it – ice on the truck this morning early after rain last night, and new snow in the hills.  Yeehaw.
