Jake and I ran over to McAtee Bridge on the Upper Madison today to grab some additional video for the Madison project we’re working on; a buddy liked what he saw this morning in terms of clouds moving in (great verga and shafts of sunlight) and gave us a yell. 

We had planned to shot some footage in Beartrap as well, but it was clear immediately that the lower river was fairly stained / off - Ennis Lake must have turned over (seems a bit early) with the cold weather and wind. 

We saw a few boats out but water will look much better in a few days…..
