We were on the Daly Creek Trail the other day with a friend headed up to a small stream that our friend made us promise not to disclose.  This coyote followed / paralleled us on the way out for about two miles.   When we stopped, he would stop; when we moved, he would move.  He sat and watched us load at the trailhead, and didn’t move off until we were driving out.
