Slough Creek has had another off fishing week this past week, due mainly to the cold evening water temps and run off issues.
We agree with Walter Wiese at Park’s that cold evening water temps have almost shut down the hatches - with the great things happening on the west side of the Park now, you’ll be much more productive over there.
This final week we’d suggest you don’t bother, there’s just such better fishing on the west side that it in all likelihood just won’t be worth your time.
With the large rain mass moving into the Park as of posting time (0918 Mountain Time) - runoff issues will in all probability nail the last few days of the season.
See you next year on Slough Creek!
