As we mentioned in our post for another Bozeman meal out - we like gifts that are unique (and we love to eat).  Here’s another great meal to give that fishing buddy, spouse, or significant other you travel with - lunch at The Garage Soup Shack and Mesquite Grill - another downtown Main Street Bozeman icon. 

Know affectionately here in the Bozone as The Garage, this eatery is perhaps best enjoyed when it’s warm enough to sit outside on the patio and people watch as you enjoy a great meal, though the food is enjoyed year round, with their fantastic lunch time soup bar open during the non summer months.  

Great wings, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and soups (honestly, some of the best clam chowder I’ve ever had), served by wait staff that only a mountain college town can provide.  Local and regional brews on ice.  Always good, always a bargain. 

Open for lunch and dinner daily, and it can be really busy during the lunch hour as the downtown crowd flocks for soup and a sandwich. 

Well worth the drive when you’re fishing Yellowstone or anywhere close by.
