Last week’s transitional weather was very good to the Yellowstone – the cooler nights in particular are helping the transition to fall hatches. Rain showers the past few days have for the most part not been cloud burst type rains and have not impacted clarity to a great degree.

After the big news of the LeHardy Fire this past week, things are much calmer along the Yellowstone currently. As we mentioned in the videos and posts from last Monday, the river corridor just north of Fishing Bridge was very well preserved by the fire fighters and Mother Nature.
