The Yellowstone River in the Park has cleared after the Friday storm this week; last week’s Friday and Saturday storm was much more disruptive in terms of water clarity. Warm temps due in the next few days could put dirty snow melt back in the river - check conditions before making a long drive.

The Firehole has offered up another great fishing week despite the sun and warmer temps. We were on ourselves yesterday and brought to hand several of the nicest Firehole fish of the season for us - both browns and ‘bows. Working the weedbeds in the deeper channel paid off handsomely.
